Cant enough great things about this store and its customer service! Damon was absolutely great from start to finish in guiding us on what was a good phone for us, he explained all of our options and made sure we got the best deal for our needs. Andy the manager stepped in to answer some of my questions and concerns with ease and thoughtfulness. They both felt like old friends by the time I left the store. I'll have to go back just to say "hello".
This store and it’s staff are horrible!!! If you need to have anything changed or problems with your bill good luck on getting any of the staff to help you and hope you enjoy the run around they will give you. Went in tonight and there were 5 staff sitting around playing on their phones. The “manager” is an absolute butt and only wants to argue instead of help. Came home and called AT&T directly and got e everything I needed taken care of.
My sons and I went to the ATT store to have our new phones activated and information switched. We were fortunate to have ERIC take care of us and when I say take care of us that's exactly what he did. The customer service experience ERIC provided was top teir. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, kind, professional, efficient, friendly and answered all our questions. Eric went above and beyond to take care of us. He interacted with my sons and made them feel like valued customers as well. He made sure we had everything we needed before we left and provided excellent recommendations. ERIC ,THANK YOU, THANK YOU,THANK YOU!!!!
I went into the store to attempt to merge my ATT and First Net accounts. I was told to call First Net. I did. I was told to pay the balance on ATT acct and they could merge only to have them tell me after paying I needed to go to the store. The second time I was in the store I was again told to pay the balance and they could merge as it had been a few weeks and another bill was due. They were unable to merge after I paid again. There was a district supervisor was present and he said he'd call someone the following day and follow up with me. That never happened. I called ATT and First Net again and neither could help. Went in the store for the 3rd time today and although the manager I dealt with the second time was there, he couldn't even be bother to come speak just told the associate to tell me to call again. They won't waive the accruing charges. Won't cancel either line and said even if they do they can't add a line because of an error within my acct that is beyond my control. Needless to say I'm on my way to another service provider after TWENTY YEARS with ATT. They 100% do not care one bit if customers go elsewhere. It is clear they'd rather just not have to deal with anyone.
The staff is nice but don't trust them. They told me I'd get a 10% discount for my employer and I was told I need not do anything. The discount isn't on my bill and corporate says I missed the deadline to get it. Avoid this place! They'll lie to get a sale
